The studio holds true
to the pure Pilates' philosophy of teaching each person as an
individual. We develop programs designed for each specific body
type and address each person's needs and goals.
We offer Mat Classes
and Beginner Courses, Reformer and Pilates-based personal training
to suit all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
Our skilled
instructors are fully certified with backgrounds in the Fitness
Industry and Physiotherapy as well as bringing their own unique
experiences to our programs. Our instructors are continually
developing their skills in rehabilitation, fitness and therapeutic
techniques to ensure that our Pilates programs are innovative and
accurate.
Ruth Dunne, Principal
Instructor, has experience in the fitness industry spanning 25 years
and has been specialising in pure Pilates for the past eight years.
